Refund & Returns Policy – MAWAL FRAGRANCES

At Mawal Fragrances, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If our product does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and clear refund & return process.

1. Eligibility for Refund (2 Days Policy)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 2 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible:

  • The perfume bottle must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging should not be damaged
  • Product must be returned back to us before refund is issued

If the product is opened, used, or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process
  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued in one of the following ways:

  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Store credit (if customer prefers)

Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 working days after the returned product is received.

4. What Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or unsealed perfume bottles
  • Damaged or broken bottles
  • Products returned after 2 days
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or special final-sale deals

5. Wrong or Damaged Product Received

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Leaked bottle

Contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will replace it free of cost.

6. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange your perfume for another fragrance:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days
  • Product must be unused and packed
  • Price difference (if any) must be paid by customer

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you can still use our 2-day return policy after delivery.
